Rick Wester Fine Art, Inc. (d/b/a RWFA) uses Squarespace to host its website. Squarespace collects cookies, tiny files that acknowledge and track visitors to the site, in order to better enhance their experience (such as remembering your place on the the site). In addition, our RWFA Shop may collect certain information in order to help in the checkout process.

In the course of contacting RWFA for various reasons including but not limited to, asking for information about our artists and business, purchasing, borrowing or consigning works of art, visiting us at art fairs or at the gallery we may gather personal information that we will record in our database and/or Mailchimp account in order to fulfill our transactions or keep you informed of the gallery's activities. This information is kept private and access to it is limited by certain safeguards such as two-step verification and firewalls. You may, at any time, unsubscribe from our mailing list or request to have your information deleted except for when there are legal or fiduciary matters of record keeping RWFA is responsible for, such as for sales tax records. 

RWFA will never trade, sell or otherwise compromise your privacy or information.
